The culinary offering is embodied through two tasting menus, Origin and Origin Vegetalia—entirely vegan/vegetarian—which will be available from Wednesday to Saturday, for dinner only.. These two menus evolve with the seasons and the chef’s inspiration and will consist of 17 courses.
